Boiled Egg Snack

Boiled eggs make a quick and easy protein boost & an easy emergency breakfast when running late.

When you make a hot drink in the morning, put in extra water and boil a couple of eggs. Take one with you in your hand bag/ back pack in case you get peckish. Keep the rest in the fridge as a quick snack or add to a salad or main meal for extra protein points.
