About Me
Hey, I’m Helen
I’m an ADHD Nutritionist.
I help ADHD and AuDHD women simplify nutrition, reduce cravings, and build compassionate, sustainable habits that restore balance, confidence, and joy in everyday life.
I’m Autistic and ADHD, a mum of two, and based in the UK. My lived experience as a neurodivergent woman deeply shapes how I work – I understand the challenges ADHD and AuDHD bring around food, hunger, motivation, and daily routines.
My approach is neuroaffirming, helping clients find realistic, flexible strategies that make nourishing themselves whilst living with ADHD, easier and more enjoyable.
A Qualified Medical Doctor and Nutritionist
I’m a medical doctor (MBBS, MRCGP, DFSRH) with over 15 years of NHS experience. Alongside my NHS role in an Adult ADHD clinic, I also run a private online nutrition clinic supporting late-diagnosed women with ADHD and AuDHD with healthy eating and and weight loss.
I have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, a Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition (MNU Certified Nutritionist) and I’m a certified Health Coach.
My work blends medical expertise, nutrition science, and lived neurodivergent experience to create holistic, evidence-based change that lasts.
I'm really passionate about helping other ADHD Women to embrace their Neurodivergence and build new, supportive, healthy happy habits- the type that last a life-time!
Nutrition & Weight Loss Support for ADHD Women
Being neurodivergent myself, I know how easily life can tip into burnout and overwhelm. Over time, I’ve built a life that feels balanced, nourishing, and genuinely fulfilling. I do work I love, and I make space to slow down in simple- yoga, gardening, walking and spending time in nature.
My lived experience shapes how I support my clients. Alongside improving nutrition or working towards weight loss, I help late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD women reconnect with what brings them balance and joy -not just what they think they should be doing.
Helen has carved out a successful career in TV and, rather than being a distraction and taking her away from her first love, she insists it is providing a welcome balance.

TV Presenter, Media Medic & Public Speaker
I have 10 years experience in the media. I made my TV debut back in 2016 on Channel 4’s How to Stay Well, and was soon after offered an exclusive contract with Channel 4. I later joined the presenting team of the award-winning show Food Unwrapped where I was lucky enough to travel the world uncovering the science behind our food. Other TV appearances include: Steph’s Packed Lunch as Resident GP, BBC morning live, GB News, ITV, ITN, Channel 5 and more.
As an international speaker, I talks, workshops, and keynotes for organisations and conferences, educating and inspiring teams about ADHD, Nutrition and Health.
